Firstly try ordering stuff on line save u walking every where... dont lift heavy objects and rest as much as u can. .. no hoovering. ..I used a hot bean bag and sat on that most of the day. ..I had to get my children to school but was in so much pain could hardly walk for nearly 10 days so rested as much as I could and it improved. .. not what u wanted to hear when u have so much to do but that's the only thing that helped me
Yoga cat pose works wonders. Get on all fours to take strain off your back and very slowly and gently arch your back then straighten again. Repeat. Also nice to gently sway your hips in this position. I was having trouble with lower back pain in earlier pregnancy and doing this just for a few mins each time I was in pain, really helped. Even did it in the back of my car when had pain driving (obviously the car was parked up!). Hope you get some relief.
My friend had very bad Sciatica when she was pregnant, and had acupuncture - she said it was amazing! I know some people use it to bring on labour, so best to talk to a specialist before you make any decidions X
