Any tips to bring on labour

I’m currently 39 weeks and fed up of being pregnant especially in this heat. Think I have tried every old wives tale to bring on labour and nothing seems to be working. I know babies will come when they’re are ready. But has anyone tried anything that has worked to bring on labour

I agree with you on top sorry tmi but it does work. Raspberry leaf tea . All the best xx

I think the baby just comes when it wants to. I was 11 days late and then induced and I think I tried everything too. Not very helpful in this heat though. Hope baby makes an appearance for you soon xx

Hey Abij95 have you had any signs? I’m 38 weeks and everyone says enjoy the rest ect but it’s so hard with the heat and broken sleep anyway.

Stay upright as much as possible, lots of walking, birthing ball exercises. This is what I did and it brought my labour on. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy/congratulations if baby has arrived now x
