Seems to get worse putting weight on that leg, rolling over, standing up, using the stairs. What could this be?
It's almost unbearable now. I'm 24 weeks atm

Sounds like it could be pelvic girdle pain (also known as SPD). I had it during pregnancy - check out nhs website or google the condition. If it sounds like you, get a referral to physio from midwife or Dr ASAP. x
Sounds like sciatica - in early stages can just effect the buttock, progressing to a shooting burning pain down your leg. If worried, get checked out by your GP x
Refer yourself to the physiotherapist. Could be sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, or a variety of different things.
Best thing to do is ring your midwife and find out how you can get reffered to physio. The sooner the better especially if you already have a little one to look after. Good luck
I get this sometimes, it's horrible. I'd recommend a Chiropractor, I find them more effective than physio, and most are safe in pregnancy (just check the details of your local Chiro options for pregnancy care). My preferred Chiro is McTimony trained and he's great Good Luck x
