Pain at my right and left lower abdomen

this is my first preg,recently I noticed havin a minor pain at both left n ryt abdomen tho its at interval at d moment d ryt is. paining me it was d left earlier,bt d pain is mild tho it sumtyms shift thru all my lower abdomen,I dont know if dis is ok as this happen to be my first preg,I will appreciate help ASAP,tanx

Mild pain during the early stages & throughout pregnancy (in most cases) is normal providing theirs NO discharge such as blood.

Would you say the pain stretches across your abdomen or is it just in one area ?

Sounds like 'round ligament' pain. Providing you have no discharge or bleeding, this us normal. However, if you are worried, it's never the wrong thing to book in and see your GP - better safe than sorry and all that! Xx

It stretches accross tho sumtyms it like it picks spots to stay bt doesn't last long n it shifts sumtym across sumtyn d oda side of my abdomen

Sounds like ligament pain. Basically bands of tissue that hold your uterus in place in the pelvis are stretching out to adapt to the baby growing. Try to massage the area gently a little bit. Also if it gets too much you may find that a support maternity belt might help you. One only needs to worry if the tummy gets fully distended or feel contractions or have bleeding. But if in doubt you can always call your midwife. Hang in there. It is one of the joys of pregnancy
