Feeling 'air bubbles' or gas in my uterus at 39 weeks, anyone had this...?

hi all, I've been having this funny feeling for the last few weeks which is now more frequent - it sort of feels like air bubbles/ gas and it makes noise like you stomach would do - except it's definitely in my uterus!

Is it the baby burping or moving? Has anyone else had it? I forgot to ask midwife last time.

Does it happen if you bend down or sometimes when you sit down?

no, it doesn't have any pattern to it - last night it just happened when i was in bed and not moving at all...

I've noticed the same thing since the baby's head became engaged and it tends to happen to me more if I'm slightly bent-picking something up, sitting down and all that. It feels to me like the fluid bubbling around the baby. The noise is pretty weird though....I wonder if everyone can hear them lol
