Left or right
Commenting in the middle of the night whilst soothing a poorly baby! Honestly sleep anywhere you like that means you get some sleepl but avoid laying on your back if you can. You will be absolutely fine! I am 22 weeks pregnant with my second and still roll onto my front!! I worried about this so much for my first and wish I hadn’t! Here’s some further info to put your mind at ease. babycenter.com/404_whats-th...
Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy! X
Aw bless hope theyou are okay ❤ thanks for the info
Good luck with theverything rest of your pregnancy also
Hi ya! It's a worrying time being pregnant. I'm sure everything is fine. But maybe ask midwife about the stitch feeling. Babies movemet can be very uncomfortable, like foot stuck under ribs, Or kicking down on bladder at unexpected moments. But pain like that maybe get checked out. As I have never experienced that. An I have another on the way. Probably nothing to worry about. But least put your mind at ease. Hope this helps
I would ask your midwife. Could be trapped wind? I used to turn from left side to right otherwise my left hip would start to ache and I get uncomfortable on one side! I have done that with both of mine!
Sounds like round ligament pain? I have the same thing, you can read about it here: babycenter.com/0_round-liga...
It's normal and nothing to worry about
I would honestly say sleep on whichever side you feel the most comfortable and most relaxed! My son was laid very far back and was spine to spine the entire pregnancy so in those last couple months sleep was very difficult! I would say not to lay on your stomach or spend too much time asleep laid on your back! I took the odd nap just laid on my back with a bunch of pillows and hot water bottles and it never did me or my son any harm! I would invest in a pregnancy pillow as although my partner hated how much of the bed it took up and the fact i cuddled my pillow more than him it was a real life saver and i have found it helped a lot after birth i am 2.5mth pp after a csection and still use the pregnancy pillow all the time!
Good luck! I hope everything goes well for you! Xx
