Hi, I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and the doctor suggested that my periods would return 4-6 weeks after. I woke up this morning with extreme cramps like I have never experienced before however I have no bleeding as yet? I have also read that your first period after a miscarriage can be really heavy (with clots) which I hope not as I am going on holiday on Sunday for 1 week and I really hope I don't come on before I get back! Can anyone offer any advice on this issue? Thanks in advance xx
