4D scan - Booked.

Always though there would be no way I would have one - I thought 3 & 4d scans looked really freaky but now I'm pregnant, this most likely my only child and being so amazed at my 2d scans, I've changed my mind.

The husband is in Afghan and missed the scans so far but he is home on R&R for my birthday in September which falls nicely around the 29th - 30th week of me keeping our little girl warm which is the ideal time to have the scan. We thought it would a wonderful keepsake.

So excited!!! The next 9 weeks can't come soon enough! Especially since we won't have seen each other for 6 months by then Hurry up September xxx

I did my 4d scan a couple of weeks ago, also for my birthday weekend. It is absolutely amazing. As well as photos we came away with a DVD of baby. She had her legs over her face and hands clasped around her ankles. It took quite a while before she revealed her face! Definitely something to look forward too : ) x

That would be a really nice surprise for him & you too as its your 1st child together.

Even though this will likley to be my last child im unable to make a booking for 3d/4d scan due to financial circumstances but i would also love to do something simular as my other half has & does work so hard for us.

I'm so looking forward to it; I have another 2d scan booked in for when i'm 34 weeks due to a low lying placenta so should see if its moved. The company that do the private scans only come to the Island once a month, so it's lucky it coincides with when my husband is home. It isn't cheap (£150) but my husband says it's worth it for our little princess

I would just like Miss E to get her little legs moving and give me a few good boots so I know she is ok the lazy little madam lol x
