So me and hubby got to see our boy today 🥰 he growing well and I also got told I’ve got an anterior placenta but they never picked this up on any of my other scans 🤷‍♀️ So just wondering does this effect anything? Thanks xx

Lovely scan picture! I had an anterior placenta and it just means you may not feel kicks as early as some people and they might not be as strong x

Aww lovely scan! 😍😍 A placenta like that doesn't affect anything, I had one when I was pregnant with my daughter xxxxxx

I had an anterior placenta it didn't effect anything other then I had trouble feeling the baby kick as it was like an extra cushion for her to kick or punch through xx

I had two posterior and two anterior placentae with my four and no discernible difference except that I didn't feel movements as early with the placenta at the front.
