Any advice, restless legs at night?

21 weeks and my legs feel fine during the day, then when I go to be asleep, suddenly feel like they want to do a highland fling! Any one found anything that helps restless legs at night? Thanks all

I Used to move my legs little movements when I was little cosi had restless legs but I do it now to help me fall asleep! So that's the only thing I can suggest I'm afraid x

Last night I ended up in my pjs walking round the garden at 12am! Hate to think what the neighbours thought!

Ohhh that bad eh they say it can be a deficiency are u taking pregnacare? Just Trying to think of things that may help.... cold pack on legs?

I found warmth helped mine a little, so a nice leg massage from OH or a heated wheat bag, just eased it enough so I could fall asleep. It's horrid and so annoying though!

Iron suppliments sorted mine out & doing some stretches before bed. They are so frustrating, I feel your pain x
