Midwife Appointments 16-24 weeks

Last week I had my 16 week app. with midwife. Depending on my last period I am 16 week but in the scan they found that I am 14 weeks ( 2 weeks difference) I told midwife and she told she will correct the next app. as I told. So I got letter for 24 weeks app but still on that date I will be 22 weeks. Does it matter or a problem?

I don't think the apts have to be dead on 24 weeks as I didn't have my 16 week apt till I was 18+3 and I have an apt 2moro and I am 23+2, my midwife said there is like a 3 week span for apts, so like for my 16 week apt she said as long as she saw me b4 19 weeks it wasn't a problem. but just make sure she corrects ur date. x

thanks for the reply. I thought early date would be problem but I think that is OK

I dont think it matters too much. They wont refuse to see you or anything. My next anomonly scan is next month which will make me 19wks.

I didn't have my first app with my midwife till I was 10 weeks, I dont think the app with the midwifes are always bang on the date they are just guidlines. They get more frequent the further into your pregnancy you are.
