I got my second AZ jab today, AND after 50 years of undiagnosed pain, "painful lumps?" was it Neurofibromatosis NF2 in 2006, three surgical removals, one the size of a walnut on my spinal cord. Finally diagnosed in 2017 as Schwannomatosis NF3, by a neurologist! Then today finding my 'diagnoser' has now got her own department to treat both NF2 and NF3, in the same hospital where I have my epilepsy specialist, and being put down for an appointment to see her! Not a bad day!

Now that's real progress Adlon57. You must be so glad on all counts! π
That's really good news Adlon, I'm really pleased for you. x
Fantastic news. Neurology can be tricky... I went undiagnosed for a few years, went in for all sorts of things including a surgery, and after many years got some real improvement. Some neurologists are more excellent than others! I'm happy for you!
Thanks Wallowa, I've finally got an appointment for a medical condition I've had since 14, in 1973, and now 11th May 2021 will be able to discuss my own medical history of my own particular Schwannamatosis symptoms! I hope she has a BIG notebook ready for me?πππ€π€
excited for you!
Thanks very much! [actually it was 1970 when I was 14, side effects of my 2nd jab last Tuesday has not fully kicked in?]ππ
