Hey everybody, even though college is in zoom unfortunately, I really love college. It suits me. I just got done with my math class and I love my professor and the classmates. They’re real chill and nice. Math has brought me to tears before, but my math instructor helped make math more bearable. English is fun too. I’m learning how to take criticism about my writing. I tend to take things quite personally, but I’m getting good feedback. College suits me.

That's such good news Annegables124, because an education is almost the single most important thing for a person to have. It opens many door and is certain to enhance your life. It's easy to be put off becoming educated when we hit difficulty (like the maths, which I also struggled with). It's so good when an inspirational teacher then comes along and helps you to make sense of it all. Very best wishes and good luck!

That's really good Annegables! A good teacher, one who can understand any difficulties you're having and find ways to approach things from an angle that will make it easier, and more interesting, can make all the difference! It is important sometimes to be able to take constructive criticism when it's coming from a good place, so well done with this too! That isn't always easy, I know! Xxx

I am glad you are getting on well 😀 I too had problems with maths, I just couldn't understand it until a friend explained it to me in the (logical) way his tutor had done, instead of the way our ancient teacher was teaching us. Suddenly, it was totally understandable! Just goes to show how important good teachers are!
