I shall call it "Roots and Shoot". I just put a drop of mucky paint on some paper, then led it down the tilted paper with my brush. The inspiration came from there.

Have you tried blowing the paint with a straw; It's less predictable, but with similar effects.
Nice technique :). I saw a talented artist online who melts crayons onto a canvas with a hair blow dryer.
