Jerry, You sent me a message, but I can't read it because I can't get into the private message icon. It tells me I have been locked and reset password but when I hit forgot password it just tells me I'm locked again. And yet I can use the main forum well apart from the bell icon which is the same as the pm one.

I sent you a pm to see if you could use it but you've answered my question here 😊 I did get yours last night and replied. Both my icons work but only if I come off the site and back on again . Otherwise I get the msg to log in again .
Great as it has become a real nightmare now.
Thanks Jerry. I can access both icons once, the first time I come onto the site but have to leave it if I want to access them again. I haven't tried logging in and out although I have been prompted to do so.Sorry if that seems confusing I m hopeless at explaining anything technical😊
It would be good if those who run the site could see to these problems quickly. I own a lot of websites and none of them have problems, all of my clients and customers are using them as normal. This has nothing to do with google etc, it is down to the site.
We understand it is not YOUR fault nor their fault, just one of those things. But they are the only ones who can fix it as the problem is with the site itself. Yes it is a pity it happened just before the weekend.
Interestingly Jerry, this problem stopped for me once I had changed my password.
I have to keep logging in for the notifications as of most of the day yesterday morning for both computer and my phone.
When I try that it says my account is locked xx
Yesterday it happened and when I pressed reset password it put me back to the login page until this morning😊
Have you tried to click on the message bubbles on the same page as a group? This will change the page from the group page to a message page.
Yes , it tells me to log in but when I do it says my account is locked I haven't tried to change my password yet in case it locks me out of everything. ( I can still use the forum)
I have an interesting idea. What browser do you use? If you login on the messages/notifications sections, have you checked save password for your browser for HU’s website when you’re browser asks if you want to save your password?
I use my phone on google and it still works on the main forum, on my laptop it doesn't work at all just tells me my account is locked the same happens on my phone if I try to access messages or the bell I can try to change the password but you may never hear from me again😊 which some people may be pleased about!😁😁

This is happening to me as well with two of my friends : one Anne Hill in the UK and the other with A friend here in the States. I am not a tech person so I am totally lost!
I logged in and out and then I could check my messages and notifications without being logged out by the site before seeing anything.😀👍🌈

Did you log in and out? I did that on the computer and I was able to get everything without having to log back in from the message saying to login, again.
