Hi Dj1962. I've no personal idea of how you might be feeling one year on, so I hope maybe another member with a similar experience to yours might be able to reassure you. But I just wanted to say that it's not at all silly to check with a medical professional if you aren't feeling sure about this. Better to have your mind set at rest than to worry needlessly, or to ignore something you feel may be 'normal' when in fact it's something to be troubled about!

Hi Dj. Are you a member of the British Heart Foundation community? I only ask because if not, there may be someone on there who could answer your question. x
