My mam always told me that I never had much confidence when younger I was real timid and shy and found everything so hard and sensitive I always was close to my mam and she treat me like I treat pixie so maby that's why I do 🤔xx

i think it is a good idea to be on speaking terms with yourself as often as possible

Absolutely 4woody! Unease transfers so easily from one person to another. We must all have encountered people who put us on edge because they weren't at ease themselves. It's worth remembering to relax as much as you can when you are engaging with others because if you can there's a much better interaction between you.
