Thank you for that! I actually had to think about it for a few moments - I am always very slow in the mornings due to my brain injury (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

Sorry I was AWOL yesterday, life got out of hand .....

If your bladder inspires you to get up in the morning... this is good - and indicates that you are drinking enough. If it inspires you to get up several times every night...
