Our small village church is decorated with all our knitted poppies for viewing over the last 2 weeks. There is a small Garden of Remembrance where a short socially distanced service will be held, music played and the Last Post. Unfortunately we cannot remember those who died that we might live in church today sadly due to lockdown. But We Will Remember Them.

Good morning it is really beautiful youve done them proud 🌟xx
That's so lovely diana1998. It doesn't always have to be about pomp and circumstance. Each of us can remember in our own and unique way and your church looks beautiful. It's sad that you can't hold a service inside but each of us can take a moment to give our grateful thanks for all who have died in the service of our country.
Thanks for posting this really lovely photo. Very meaningful and a great reminder of the very sad parts of our history not to be forgotten.
