Provenge failure 2nd time

Have experienced Provenge cell collection failure twice, first time failed, second time was successful with a successful infusion, third time again failed in the cell collection process.

Have two complications which may affect this one is I’m on prednisone 10 Mg daily for another situation, and I also have Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) affects bone marrow. Also experience significant blood pressure spikes, over 200, Dr. believes that related to treatment

My questions:

1.Any experience with this type of collection problem?

2. Any success after two failures?

3. Any suggested questions for follow-up with Dr. tomorrow?

4. Any other thoughts?
