So, hey everyone. I am much happier tonight and enjoyed my day at the canal watching the canal boats all day.

Busy day doing college course online tomorrow before I have to go back to face to face college on Wednesday.

Fantastic, do you know what, I always feel like getting an inflatable canoe and paddling down the canals. There are a couple by me I sometimes pass in the car. I often see people with canoes crossings the road. It’s the oddest thing ever to see in a city. College will be alien for everyone this term I should imagine. Change is part of life so embrace it. Study to the best of your ability and take time to relax, that’s important, to recharge. Good luck with the term ahead. 👍😊

Happy to hear that you had a good day today. Watching canoes are relaxing. We have a mini lake near my house, but I will have to wait until we can go to eat out again before I can take a picture to show everyone the lake area. Very nice.

Yes good luck for tomorrow! My Daughter-in-law told me last week, "1 day at a time"!

I know it isn't easy not to stress, but we can train ourselves not to get stressed, and then more anxious! You feel better for seeing other college students tomorrow!

My daughter teaches in Middlesbrough College! You be just fine👍❤️🙏

Don't, honestly, get some sleep, you will be absolutely fine🙏❤️ I keep you in my prayers okay, relax and don't stress! Just follow instructions in college and on public transport etc, and don't forget to breathe, right 😀😀😀😀😀😷🤗🤗 Hugs

I am not sure why you are worrying so much! It's not good for your health at all! Find a relaxation video on YouTube with breathing techniques when you feel anxious thoughts going round and round your head! I know how you feel! I do! Also try and focus on what is still good in your life right now! Think of beautiful times you have experienced in the past! Close your eyes and dream of seaside mountains beaches, animals like dolphins or whales, nature..... Focus on good things which make you relaxed!

Praying for you, but you have to initiate that change to stop the carrousel of bad thoughts ❤️🙏
