I had to go into 'Town' earlier today and, whilst there, I went into the Butchers. I bought Sausages, two diferent sorts, some Streaky Bacon- for 'Breaky' tomorrow- and some Pork Scrathchings- already eaten. However, the 'Piece De Resistance' (I have absolutely Know idea, if that's right, or not!.... anyone?) were two Wonderful, Large- Kidney In- Pork Chops.
I gently grilled, one of the chops, draining the fat a 'while before' the end. I made a delicious Gravey, with Vegatable stock, the meat juices and sprout water. (I did mashed potato and 'Brussels' with the Chop) The result was Amazing... in fact I've kept the Gravey, for tomorrow.
I finished it off with a Fruit Mix (shop bought) and some cream. That and a Cafetiere, of Coffee, and I was Well Set.
Whilst in Clacton, I also had two New Photos 'taken', for my Bus Pass- due at the end of the month.
In all quite a pleasant day.... All 'Things' concidered.

Pooh wasn't too happy today when I bumped into him,. What's up Pooh I asked, you look very sad, its Piglet he said, we went to Clacton yesterday to take in some sea air. A man said to Piglet have a butchers ) he must have been a cockney ( around the corner, they are giving away free ice cream!!., I haven't seen him since!!🙉.

Ok I got the Photos, for my Bus Pass, I Photo Copied the Necessary Documents, I filled in the Form- ticking the Correct Boxes.... Finally All was Correct, the envelope Sealed.... and my 'Current Photo' Still ON THE TABLE! So I had to Re-open the Envelope.....
