Well start of sept will stay with me 19:30 crushing chest pains 10 mins later pins and needles and numbness in left arm and loss of mobility which then spread to leg a night of tests xrays scans mri scans and told ive had a stroke now in stroke ward but told I (fingers crossed)should make a full recovery

Whew, I'm glad there's a positive ending to this ordeal! Good luck with everything, must have been pretty scary. Medicine and therapy these days for dealing with strokes is really miraculous.

This is a very frightening experience for you and will take some time to adjust to what has happened. Medication is very good these days to help prevent another occurrence. It is excellent news that you will make a full recovery from this episode. The emotional recovery may take slightly longer. Best of luck with your recovery. 👍🌈
