I had a lovely day with hubby and eldest daughter in the Teign Valley and then we visited the Castle Drago (National Trust) gardens, they were beautiful.
We walked 13817 steps.

I wanted to visit Castle Drago when staying in Devon. It didn't happen for whatever reason.
Is it worth a visit Alicia?

Unfortunately the Castle wasn't open, only the gardens but its definitely worth a visit for the stunning surrounding countryside. I don't think it's far off opening.

Oh my, how funny is that. The Castle was closed but the surrounding countryside and gardens were beautiful.

I went to teignmouth and dawlish many years ago when we went to babbacombe for the weekend which I enjoyed.
