Hi all

We had lovely weather again here today in Devon. I enjoyed a lovely powerwalk/jog today.

I walked 27,297 steps which equates to 13.66 miles.

We had an easterly wind but it wasn't too strong today. The sun made a real difference. I'm sorry it's been dull, wet and cold in Ripon.πŸ™πŸ™

I much prefer to see snow, especially if I don't have to go out. It's sunny here again today.πŸŒ¨β„πŸŒ€

sounds wonderful and very envious of you. However being stuck at home is not so bad with the pretty snow in Suffolk at the moment. Take care x

It was lovely thank you Patsy. That's very pretty in Suffolk.

I like looking at the snow and don't mind walking on it but definitely not driving.

Greetings: Thank you for the lovely pictures as always :) . My treadmills digital reading is not operating properly :( . So I can't calculate miles, but I usually do 30-40 minutes on the highest uphill elevation, after weight bench training, and calisthenics :| . I purchased an Oximeter which measures pulse, and oxygen levels :) . My exercise pulse rate is 220-240 beats per minute, and my oxygen level is between 95-99%. πŸ™ƒ

You are welcome. I'm a member of a gym but if course cant go at present. Well done on the treadmill work and you do what I normally do when at the gym.

We also have a Oximeter. Your numbers are very good, that's fantastic.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
