Hello this my first post in this part of the forum.
Totally been an exhausting day just managed to organise my shopping another order came this morning.
Supermarket used to use all the produce was horrible not good and quality rubbish buying Chicken Germany Thailand yet we have perfectly good farmers producers here.
Had no food as most of it was inedible so complained made an order last night new supermarket.
Arrived this morning new lovely veggies tastes wonderful had veggie Curry Lunch, just made .
This morning then done the fridge freeze meals sauces and those waiting to be cooled down, in these times.
Need to be organised need to be practical seems the virus is ongoing and the most important things.
Is to be practical sensible try not to get anxious and stresses are common right now.
If I can help any one be a friend ask me anything problems issues happy to be supportive.
My top tip is not be panicking and feel isolated lonely your not alone.
If I can advise also days get depressed down and lacks positivity so try to cope by first realising this not your fault.
Being emotive and lacking self esteem have no confidence to day it is fine make some adjustments.
Why do meals and practical solutions when better other days, those days make a plan.
Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy but if you have the courage the strength to do a few simple tasks please take your time.
It is easy to forget have a bad day and let things pile up be anxious about social domestic responsibilities
Make those notes in your diary and take it slowly.
Will do this duty task need to be done when better.
Lessons learnt are being aware of the situation problems we as a community are in and we need address talk to those who need a helping hand.
Being ill getting flustered can not cope.
