Sounds like you've had a lovely relaxing day today, hope you enjoyed your reading group.
I went for a bike ride to see a friend in a cafe and we had a nice catch up.
I had my lunch then went grocery shopping, picked up an online click and collect order for a new blender, my last one broke, went to another shop and bought compost and after unpacking the car spoke to my daughter.
Been busy today on future learn and applying for jobs and I have an interview in 2 weeks time tomorrow which is good news.
Its a part time job but its all good experience to go through.
That neighbour who got arrested by the police last week after i rang them has been summoned to court and has been charged with assault so has been quiet since that happened.

Hi Jennymay, I have been to visit my mum this afternoon, then I had a trip down to Hobby Craft where I bought a few things. After the usual chores of course. The day has really been muggy with drizzles of rain but very warm at the same time. Hope you have a pleasant evening. 😊🌸
Today I stayed at home. Did a ton of paperwork. I also watered the plants. This afternoon I practiced my French skills and sent a couple of emails at lunchtime too.
You would mention cookies. We have been debating whether to make some or not. It is a little warm here so it would heat up the house a bit.
Sounds like a good day.
We did our dog and birding walk in the morning, visited with friends on the phone, investigated new areas for birding and fishing.
Not a busy day which is fine.
