I find that midnight is my new 9 pm!
I used to go to bed at 21:00, but, now that I have lost 35kg through Low-Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) and Intermittent Fasting (IF), I have to stay up till midnight to ensure that I can sleep. I am 71.
What do you find to do until then? It seems like a long day. Well I’m very impressed. I think more people who want to lose weight should do LCHF. I’m not over weight but I did it to see if it works and I didn’t have an ounce of fat left on me Within two months. (Then I became Vegan). I did find doing LCHF that I felt tired. You obviously don’t. So I wonder where I was going wrong?
Prior to Covid-19 I would sometimes take a nap before going out dancing at "Oldies but Goodies parties". Okay Stop laughing
