Not had a great day, so lazed around doing nothing, had a phone call this morning from my cousin's widow so nice to catch up with her, tomorrow, weather permitting, the country market I go to are having a very scaled down version outside so might go for a walk up there, and Sunday I've hit my tesco food shop coming

Lovely day. Friend came and we walked over the golf course and along the beach. We met my daughter and great grandson so sat on the beach for a while with them. No school Fridays as deep cleaned. Walked friend back to her car, then back to join the family on the beach.

Our beach is shingle so plenty of room for all!

Hi Jennymary, Sorry you weren't feeling up to par today. Best to just rest when you feel that way. Good to have a nice natter on the phone. There are little signs of life becoming more normal, and your country market sounds like a plan, if the forecast weather doesn't spoil it.

Hope you've been feeling better as the day's gone on.

I found we had little bread left this morning, so did some flatbreads and that took up my morning. It's all waiting around for the yeast to do its stuff of course, and in between I was reading and just trying to stay cool, and making a ratatouille for tonight's meal.

It's quite overcast here now as the evening's coming on, and I suspect there's rain not far away. Hope you have a good evening. 🔆😊

Been on future learn this morning, reading a book called murder as usual by Hugh Pentecost which I am enjoying so far and managed to fit in my full workout today although I was boiling when I came back home!

Hi Jennymary, when you are a bit below par, there is nothing wrong in having a lazy day. I on the other hand took my 4 year old granddaughter out for a few hours for the first time since the lockdown began. I forgot just how much energy you need running about after them and I have to say, I am totally exhausted. In fact she must have grew a coupe of inches since she was last in the car seat because I had to adjust it. I could just fall asleep now. Hope you are having a nice even evening. 🌼😊

Hi Jennymary ,I'm so sorry you've not had a very good day, I hope you have a better one tomorrow and are managing to relax tonight.

I went into the city centre on my bike, did the weekly shop, had lunch, made brownies, had coffee in the garden then had dinner.

Take care and look after yourself.

Hi Jennymary, We are in the middle of changing the furniture around in my living room, I’m not sure why I get these stupid ideas especially when it’s boiling hot 🥵

Wishing you a great day ( Saturday)

Elaine ❤️
