Not a great day, was going to go for a walk but looked really breezy out so stayed in pottering around, there's always tomorrow. About an hour ago had a message from my General Manager at work asking if, subject to what the Government say, am I OK to go back to work on 4 July which I am, I'll keep you posted

Hi Jennymary ,
The weather is very rainy here today on and off. I’m hoping that it settles down by the time I have a wedding to watch on TV tonight for a friend of the family. That’s going to be around 5 pm, USA time.
Going back to work sounds good. Very happy for you!😀👍🌈
My day started early again. I had breakfast and finished lunch a little while ago, texted with friends, went on e-mail, commented on postings/other comments, replied to private messages on HU, listened to the radio, talked to my Aunt on Video chat and tried to figure out what is wrong with the speaker for the computer.
I will finish my book today and then start reading Cold Comfort Farm. I will also do a new Reading Rabbits book posting for July after today. I will have dinner and do the word scramble puzzle for tomorrow morning and then watch TV after the wedding.
Have a good evening, Jenny!😀👍🌈
That's good news in giving you a date to go back to work as it's something to look forward to and a return to a new normal way of life as one things certain things won't go back to how they were before this kicked off.
Today I have watched some bond films, casino royale and skyfall and done some courses on future learn and had an afternoon walk today which I enjoyed.
That's good news for you, going back to work. The weather has been very good here today, warm and sunny. The dogs went for a long walk earlier. I've been experimenting with another picture so been on and off here while doing a picture and I concentrate so much because I'm learning I give myself a headache but I keep going back to it. I've just noticed the time, Pip has brought his dog bowl in to me. I usually give them their dinner at 5 so I'm about an hour late. Hope you have a very good evening. 😊😊
I'm so sorry your start to the day didn't go well Jennymary but as you say, there's always tomorrow. It's become quite breezy here now.
I'm so pleased for you you are ready to go back to work on 4 July, please do keep us posted on that, I'd love to know how it goes.
I did loads of washing early today, been out on my bike again, chatted to a friend on the phone and spoken to my daughter who now has a little kitten, he's so cute.
I hope your day is better tomorrow.
Take care and look after yourself, you are important.

What colour is your daughters new kitten?
Baby still gets called a little kitten and she is 16!
Mainly white with tan and grey through the fur, so cute.
Nowt wrong with that, we call our fat boy who's 13 a baby.🐈🐈
Good evening
I hope you are well
It is considerate of you to ask everyone how their day has been
I studied this morning and tried to understand a little more of myself given this week
I started the car a d listened to some music
I told the Psychotherapist who had volunteered to talk to me during the Lockdown who made it clear to me as her practice is growing she no longer wishes to talk to me
I think when she told me and judged me that I talk like a child because I am child made me realise this is something she should not have said this
So this has come to an end
I hope you are ok
Hi Jennymary,
Well maybe not the most productive or busy day but it must have been good to have contact from your manager at work to talk of your returning. I know how much you've missed it, so if it's declared that shielding's over for you in July, it looks as if you could be going back soon! Yes, please let us all know how things progress with that!
I had a walk along our local High Street this morning and went into Poundland, something I've been wanting to do for a while now and that was successful. I managed to get all the things I had wanted. We also found that AgeUK is already accepting donations again, so dashed home and collected two big bags of things which were the product of my de-cluttering. Delighted to have that gone!
Hope you have a pleasant evening. 😊🙏
Whatever else, the horses have to be fed so I try to choose a time when no one else is at the barn to do that and to do a little cleaning, training, and feeding. I take my sanitizer with me because some of the tools are shared. Today I also watered the garden (new thing for me to have one); picked some rose petals to dry, and processed (basically, cut up) some dried nettles for tea and nettle pesto. Also touched base with several friends. One big surprise today was a link to a video sent in return - I was featured for a few seconds stepdancing 30 years ago. I almost didn't recognize myself!
Had a very enjoyable day babysitting my 3 year old granddaughter, she talked me into taking her to the park on one of the coldest days of the year so far.
But it was well worth it to spend my day with such a happy and delightful little girl.
