Still unable to walk 😞

I’m almost healed from my pelvic bone fracture and by all accounts should be back in to walking (Maybe slowly but on my own.) However, am experiencing major pain on my L side (Fracture on R.) for unknown reasons. Going in for X-Rays tomorrow & hope to hell they find out what’s wrong. This is very frustrating & am trying not to get depressed but something has got to give!

Hopefully you will have some answer's tomorrow and we be able to carry on with your recovery. Sometimes the healing process takes a little longer than expected but it's good to have a positive attitude. Good luck for tomorrow. 👍😊

So sorry to hear Midnight-Blue, I hope the cause of your horrible pain can be found and that you can get some specific advice and help to deal with it. It must be so frustrating, but I do have several acquaintances with this kind of fracture who took some time to work through the aftermath. (They both got there in the end, I'm happy to say). 🙏

I had X-Rays taken Thursday - fracture healing nicely & no other fractures. (I knew that!) Am being referred to a Specialist. Tried walking yesterday (With walker) and hurt so bad but trying to pin point the exact place that the pain initiates from I can’t. (Logically “thinking” the more I walked the pain would ease off.) But, what I do know is I should not be experiencing this amount of pain! Now I’m wondering if my MS has anything to do with this.

I'm glad that nothing untoward was found on X-ray. Of course you know better than anyone else could, that you have unacceptable levels of pain. It can be quite difficult to explain too, and also very possible that its source may prove to be nothing to do with your injury after all. Coincidental pain can throw everyone off track, but let's hope someone can find the source of all of this for you. And before too long, too. 🙏

Thankyou so much for your reply. Was using walker most of yesterday & by last night the pain was about a 7. Same place & actually (literally) felt the muscle swollen, on my “good” L leg; R leg completely normal. I’ve never heard of a muscle becoming swollen but then if not that then what?
