If you wanted a second wave... you might organise mass meetings of the most vulnerable people in all the major cities all over the country every day for a week... so it will be interesting to see if there is an increase in diagnosed cases in the USA in the next week or two.
If there is not a substantial increase in cases - this might be an indication that banning outdoor gatherings is not necessary?
