Dear All,

A funny/ happy story.... All about My Shower, yes you Did read that right.... Today I, really Did, NEED a Shower🙊🤢😬. Unfortunately the 'Adjuster' was Frozen and I couldn't Drop the Boiler Temperature any lower. So I took the 'Mechanism' apart, sprayed it all with WD40, put it back together and.... it was too COLD🙃.

I put my 'Thinking Cap On'😖, and realised that the POSITION of the Adjuster Mechanism was important, I had another 'go'. After I had 'Fiddled' a bit more, I left it for a Bit, so the Temperature might change.

I went back in, to the Shower Room, a few minutes later.... It was 'Just Right'. Without ANY hesitation, I dropped my clothes, tools, indeed ENERYTHING... and jumped in. To 'Hell' with the fact, that it was 6:30 pm, I didn't care One Bit, I had my Shower😀. I haven't 'bothered' getting Dressed since...

Just thought I'd Share this.

When I first read your post and you said that your adjuster was frozen, I thought to myself he must live somewhere cold (female brain). Glad you managed to get your shower anyway and good that you didn't have to get dressed again, naked bodies don't worry me in the slightest. Did a lot of skinny dipping in my younger days.

I am going to fix the annoying sounding leak from my bathroom sink. I have heard it now for the last 30 days at least, especially when I am trying to sleep. You have reminded me that I need to spray some WD40 on the bottom shut off knob, since it is not budging. Closing the door was good, until I got up in the middle of the night to tinkle, and hit my head on the door. I forgot that I had closed it. Thank God I had no real injury, just a red spot on my forehead. LOL
