I had a lovely walk yesterday whilst my husband is was golf. Just a few minutes from my house. It was so peaceful listening to birdsing and watching the wildlife look at the little bee flying

I haven’t been for any walks except to my GP surgery. Walking alone makes my anxiety levels soar, actually leaving my house can be a real problem at times so it is lovely to see your out of house photo.
Pleased you like the photos. I am supposed to be shielding. got my letter last week. Better late than never! I spoke to my doctor about it and he said as long as i am very carecul to avoid contact i can go for a daily walk, so i do.
I have been ok apart from one incident when a runner on a country lane coughed as she ran by I was convinced i had caught the virus but no symptoms so must have got away with it. I must admit i have become a bit paranoid when i see people but i do enjoy getting out.
Lovely photo I to go out for walks has after being 3 weeks in Got really bad anxiety so my doctor said the same as long as I do wide open spaces and they’re going to anybody it’s fine but beautiful photograph
What an enchanting find ilovedancing. That's just so beautiful.👍
That’s a lovely photo. I think you’ll be fine as like you say you are careful. It’s incredible just how much more birdsong is around. We have a cuckoo which we have never heard before. Enjoy your day x
What a lovely photo. I thought I was going to have to play 'spot the bee', but no there it was plain to see. One day I'm going to do a bit of bee spotting to become aware of just how many different ones there are. Thank you for sharing
