I love the Action for Happiness people. I'm all about wanting a happy life, me! So when I discovered this, I signed up promptly. It's completely FREE and lasts for an hour.
If you decide to join me in attending the webinar, please say so below. I think it would be a lovely thing for us to talk about afterwards, since this group is for positive wellbeing during self-isolation.
If you have a computer or a smartphone (which I think you probably have because you're here), then you can download either of them free of charge. If this is something you'd like to attend and you are being held back from it because there's something technical I might be able to help with, please let me know. I'd be glad to help if I can, although I'm not terribly technical myself!
Hi Bella_Figura, I'm not all that good with motivational talks, but it certainly sounds very worthwhile for anyone who needs a bit of a helping hand at the moment. I hope it proves to be really helpful for you. ππ

It's not a motivational talk. Action for Happiness used science-based research and strategies to give us practical ways of staying healthy, mentally and physically, and building happiness into our lives. I know this kind of thing isn't for everyone, and I hate a hard sell, but I wonder if you might enjoy having a poke around their website? There's a lot of useful stuff there. It's more about taking care of ourselves so that we will be happy than hyping us up in that "motivational speaker" kind of way, where it all falls flat two weeks later, LOL. I'm not sure if that came over, so forgive me if I'm "teaching my grandmother to suck eggs"?! Best x
While part of me is delighted for you, another part of me wonders how you know you're happy if it's your permanent state. For me, I know when I'm happy because I also feel sad or angry or other emotions to contrast it with!
