Is 'This' just me.....

I have just been looking at some 'Funny Animal' videos, on one of the 'links', I was sent. One showed a young 'Rescue' elephant finding a tree to Scratch on. The Wording read 'He 'Finally' found the right thing', or something similar.

The odd 'Bit' followed... Under the picture, was a Caption "No Comments yet... Why don't you be the First to Comment". Then there was a 'broken Line', under which was written "No more comments excepted, for this 'Stream'" Now, is it me or..... Did 'they just not invite you to comment.... on a 'Closed' Stream'🤗🤪🙃🤣
