Hi PE1953, you'll have to explain to me about Pennsylvania German turkey! I'm from the other side of the 'pond' and I'm scratching my head wondering whether it's a particular breed of turkey, or a recipe name that's local to you. Looks good though and i hope you enjoyed!😊

It’s simply turkey and gravy I was referring to it being a “Pennsylvania German” recipe most of my Family originated in Germany and many of the folks in central Pennsylvania are called “Pennsylvania Dutch (actually Deutschland) because of their heritage it’s a simple but yummy meal I usually make it with chicken but any poultry will do!
