Absolutely
Is this something you practice? I struggle with this often.
Yes it is. I meditated a lot over a couple of years and read a lot of spiritual books and it changed my view on things. I've had a blessed life and have a lot to be grateful for. The key is to still keep hold of your beliefs when things become stormy and I would hope that I would.
May I ask what specific beliefs you hold onto that you find helpful?
I am spiritual and have faith but I'm not religious. I trust in the universe and find lessons in things. I've learnt to accept what is happening in life as I believe we are exactly where we need to be. I also believe in the power of attraction and have practiced this. Where things have been difficult I have come out a stronger better person. I was brought up a catholic but I pick bits out of all religions that I like including buddhism but jainism is one that aligns the most with my beliefs although not all and I don’t follow any religion as such. I very much agree with most of what Wayne dyer writes and his beliefs are similar to mine and what I try to live by. Ali
What does the word sentiment mean in this case? It felt more like good advice, which I often struggle with following.
Thanks for your reply. Does good mean you agree and practice or just agree?
Great post 4woody and I agree. 😊
