There's always something positive that comes out of these horrible circumstances if you want to look for it.
I was angry because the social activities I enjoyed were cancelled which is natural as it shows I was looking forward to them but I decided on replacing those activities with new ones instead and that I have done and will carry on with the new things when the lockdown starts to ease and would never have tried those things if this hadn't come up or got some new walking routes as well I wouldn't have got otherwise even though this wasn't something I would have chosen myself it was up to me to look at what good things can come out of such a horrible time like putting old grudges to bed that when looking back were stupid and petty as life's too short.
It seems so much more helpful to me to make those kind of choices. I’d rather dance to the music than rant about the tune. 🤗
