I love any humorous depiction of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and this one seemed particularly apt πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

2 biscuits would be nicer, one with tea and one with coffee.

Funnily enough MissKota I was watching an old black and white public information movie on YouTube last night for American GIs who were posted to UK in WW2. It mentioned that you could go nowhere without the offer of a cup of tea. It's our national medicine. On one occasion in Northern Ireland my car broke down and a farmer's wife invited me in for two lightly boiled eggs and a pot of tea, whilst waiting for help, and on another occasion in England after someone gave my car a rear-end shunt, another lady popped out of her house with an elegant tea tray complete with bone china cup, milk jug, sugar cubes and some biscuits on a matching plate, to get me over the shock! Talk about better than penicillin! I think these days though, coffee has taken over from a lot of tea drinking. But whatever the choice, I'm going for option 3 with the biscuit and armchair! Have a great day! β˜•οΈβ˜•οΈβ˜•οΈ

There is nothing quite like drinking out of a bone China cup with a saucer. Sadly it’s mostly a mug now 😊 but always biscuits.

Anything with a biscuit and a sit down really 😁

It is always a cup of tea which I miss the most during Ramadan.

As soon as it is time to break the fast , I am usually gasping for a cup of tea β˜•οΈ

A cup of tea and a biscuit might help you keep calm, but...

Green tea contains Quercetin, which is a Zinc ionophore, which allows Zinc to enter cells and inhibit the reproduction of Sars-Cov2.

Biscuits are refined carbohydrates, which tend to cause hyperinsulinemia, diabetes, etc.

May I suggest exercise and fresh fruit and vegetables?

Not for me thank you, I'd rather have some Quercetin and refined carbohydrates please. :-)
