Brilliant!!!I never had the wet look but then mine was in the 70s
I remember putting on the wet look gel with my fingers after my morning swim at the gym. It made your still semi wet hair look wet all day. Go figure!
I remember using wet look gel in the 80s but by then my hair was very short and it's been more or less like that ever since. Apart from a mullet but thankfully I don't have a photo of itππ°
Yep. Mine is very short now and mostly gray. Donβt want to fuss anymore!
I've always coloured mine red- different shades over the years, although it has natural red tones.I decided to go quite vibrant a few yrs ago as I thought if Im going to dye it no point in pretending I don't. Weird logic. Having my hair done had now become a big treat. Well until the virus. I think I had it done 3 times last yearπ
I colored mine for a longggggg time but I work outside in the sun most of the year and itβs very hard on colored hair. I do use purple shampoo to bring up the silver in my gray.
I'd let mine grow outbid I could be sure it would be silver- short silver hair can look stunning . But mines a horrid mousy colour. Gosh I'm so vain. Always have been with my hair ππ°
Mine is not a pretty gray but the shampoo makes it prettier. Most people would not think it was very gray but it is.
That's a great photo Spinner, thanks for sharing. x
Spinner, what a beautiful smile, and an even more beautiful lady! πππ
You just can't help it can youπ

I'm not jealous, just sick of your philanderingπ I do like Billy Fury thoughπ

You'll probably feel better for it
I saw him live years ago in the early to mid 60s at the Hippodrome, also Vince Eager and Joe Brown were performing there too. He was really good but so was Joe Brown.
I think I said before, Joe Brown lived in the same street as me, nice blokeπ
I didn't see that. Yes I can imagine he is a nice bloke but from the interviews I've seen of him he's very me me me. I remember seeing him interviewed with Marty Wilde but MW had a job to get a word in, all JB wanted to do was talk about himself.
Yes he let himself down a bit when he got famous, he said that the person who taught him the guitar was a gypsy, it was infact not a gypsy but a popular member of the working mans club and a regular drinker in Joe's parents pub next door. It didn't go down to well with a lot of people.π
Pixies made supper for you lol he nearly fell over the grey tin of paint I didn't fancy supper after that π
What a charmer but I agree and so nice to see faces of people I'm putting post out soon not to tonight about sharing old photos I relate better to a photo than a image of whatever when I took my first one off where pixie was coverring my face oh no I'm laughing now but he isn't grey so πyour ok I'll stop there πand I put a smile photo on and don on his sons funeral day said my message which strangely enough was first one on said was such a comfort seeing my smiling face looking back at him my recent photo not smiling with teeth as you know why βΉοΈπ€ͺxx

Did you ever have a perm?
I nearly misread that!!! No but I had long hair, it was quite funny when I was younger I used to get my hair cut in a unisex hairdressers. There I was getting my hair cut and this woman came in, and the hairdresser said how would you like you hair madam. And she said, pointing at me " just like he's " ππ
A compliment. I thinkπ
Maybe not ππππ
Trust me. It was. I thought at first you were going to say ' like hers' ππ
