Hi Florence83,
This is a genuine bit of advice from a doctor at Queens Hospital, London. He demonstrates this on the advice of the Head of Nursing. His credentials were checked out by my daughter when this was passed on to her while she had a mild coronavirus case. It's tough to do, and she said made her intercostal muscles ache, but together with old fashioned steam inhalations, it did help her to cough up the mucus on her lungs, so thanks for the link. It's certainly worth looking at.
