Hi Folks
What a great idea to have this support group. I have just been diagnosed with cancer of the uterus... I'm waiting to hear what the powers that be are going to do...I won't hear to Thursday...it's felt such a long wait when self isolated..so family can't visit... Don't know what to do with coronovirus rife... I'm having lots of prayers from my church so that's great.
Does anyone know if hospitals are advising cancer ops to wait at the moment? I've not seen anything about it.

Hi Pollyanna,Thursday does seem like a long time to wait! I don’t know what the situation is with cancer ops but I hope you hear earlier than that.Did they give you a contact number?
Such a difficult time for you without the added worry of Covid-19.It’s wonderful that you have the support of your church community and prayers.I will keep you in my thoughts and I do hope that you keep us posted.🙏🏻

My op. has been cancelled once but not because of coronavirus...think it was after they got the biopsy results back and then I had an appointment for a MRI scan.
They have given me the number of a Macmillan nurse but she will be very busy...I'll wait to Thursday...my appointment letter came today to see the surgeon (or team member).Thank you for your support.
