Thank you Leah and no need to apologise for being late, this is for fun and fun it is. Thank you πππ
Hi Charlie,Things are great and yes I had a great night's sleep. No alarms. I did do some reading before bed last night, but I still have 187 pages to go before I finish my book. It's getting really good!
You got everything including the theme of the day 101% correct! Way to go! Woohoo! Fantastic job done!
Thatβs brilliant about the alarms and good sleep. I love it when you really get into a book or a film and hours fly by because you are trance fixed. My internet went down last night so sorry if I didnβt get back to you. π
No sorry necessary! We had a lot of rain here yesterday during the day and into the evening after dinner, so the WIFI and internet in the house were a little spotty. You can always get back to me whenever you're able. :-)Yes, I feel the same way about a book. I think the only time I refused to finish a book was two times in my life and it was because those two books weren't that good (in my opinion). I think I actually donated those two to my Senior Center before we closed for COVID reasons. Other than that, you will always catch me with a book in my arms/lap and trying to see how far I can go before getting to the very last page.
Didnβt you also have a storm or thunder ? Two books out of how many ? It is lovely that you donated the books - hopefully quite a few people can enjoy them. Iβm such a donut - you mentioned a book you had as a present which were two names I think and I was going to buy it. But I canβt remember the name. π
Holly and Ivy, by Fern Michaels. I'm going to start it very soon. And, no, you're okay. No worries if you forget now and then. :-)Yes, thunder and rain two days in a row.
π€£π I am silly for not remembering something Christmas related. Thatβs rubbish about the weather. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be ?
That's a hard question to answer. There's a lot of places I would like to visit because of all the friends I have around the world, but a lot of the family I have is in the USA. So, I would have to flip a coin and pick that way, I guess.
Machine? MACHINE? OK. You got me on that one BUT (Donβt you just love those βBUTsβ?!) Thatβs kinda weird since the word doesnβt exactly make someone automatically see a picture (In their mind.) of a machine plugged into a wall socket. Machine, huh? Mmmmmmm ππ
Machine is correct! There are different types of machines that can be plugged into the wall for different projects/jobs. A sewing machine is used with electricity for the spoil of thread to be pulled/used. Way to go!
