It does PAY, to complain sometimes.

I won't reveal too many details here but....I had a slight 'altercation', with my Bank, that has Gone On for a while now. I finally spoke in 'Polite But Forthright Terms', but did not swear or loose my temper- quite how I don't know! I did actually raise a Formal Complaint, well I was rather 'upset' (I'm still being polite). The result was a phone call that, from a Manager, who had found out what had Gone Wrong. He has re-ordered the Missing item and, by way of Compensation, credited my account with £60. I'd say I got a, quite reasonable, result there!

I'm, far from, a Greedy person and certainly Wasn't after 'anything', other than my Missing Item, however I have accepted his kind offer.

I just thought that I'd share this it 'proves' the Old Adage that ''Politeness Costs Nothing''.

Have a peaceful Pentecost everyone.
