Well on the smoking thing I am still at the trying to do it. Hope to reach the top one day. x

Yes, you can make it !!!

Every day, just smoke ONE less cigarette than yesterday ... until you've reached your goal. On the final days, you might have to smoke just ONE for the whole day (by putting it out and lighting it up again). Collect the butts "remains" and use roll ups ... it'd taste so horrible that you would never want to smoke again !!!

Let us know when you have reached the top !!!

Am on patches and inhaler (little white one from doctors). Had a few ciggies at first but not having any at all now thank goodness.

I am quite poor so often re rolled butts and they tasted ok to me :) I did draw the line at re rolling them a second time though as they did taste awful!
