I have read that rebounders are highly effective in treating a variety of rheumatological conditions. Does anyone have any experience?

Hi hawkeye,

Having never heard of them, I looked 'rebounders' up - looks like lots of fun! Trampolines eh. My neighbours eyes would be on stalks. Not sure about the stress on the hips though, but we might see some interesting replies.

Pats.
