On antibiotics

I wasn't told by the GP to stop taking any of my medication while on a week of antibiotics. I take, amongst other medication, 5mg Prednisolone daily plus Methotrexate weekly and Leflunomide daily.

Did you mean this as a reply to someone else's post as it seems a bit out of context?

However - you should have been told to miss your MTX doses while on antibiotics, it should be part of the induction about using it,

Thank you. It's my fault that it on someone else's post. A mistake, but thanks for clarification on stopping Methotrexate when oon antibiotics.

you don’t mean stop Pred as well, do you? That can’t be just stopped like the MTX.
