Slow tapper Down to 1-1/2mg

Just extend the taper so it takes longer -you can repeat each stage/week once, twice or as many times as you need to.
There really is no rush at such low doses-and many have found that 0.5mg can make a big difference.
Good luck
hi
I’m reducing from to 1mg to 3/4 mg .
I’m doing the DSNS but I repeat it twice. I’m almost at 3/4mg now and I will stay there for about 4 weeks and then start the next 1/4mg reduction to 1/2 mg.
I find the lower the slower, as they say.
You have done well to taper so quickly in such a short time. But I know we are all affected differently.
I was diagnosed in 2016, so it’s been a long journey and I don’t want to mess it up now.
Good luck to you

Slowly, slowly. Cut your 1mgs into .25mgs. I took forever at this low stage, don't be in a rush. 🤞
I'm in the US, so we use Prednisone (rather than prednisilone) here. I got completely off of it last June. At the "beginning of the end" I was determined not to relapse, so I went very slowly. I reduced by .25mg each time, and used Dorset Lady's 5 week plan mostly - cutting it to 4 weeks if I felt really well. If I didn't feel 100% physically, I stayed another week. At this stage of the game, there's really no rush. This is no time to screw things up. You found the best place on the planet to get good advice, so you're well ahead of the game. Good luck!!
