Wrong Diagnosis

I do not have PMR , and have tried to prevent having the emails about it.

I have it from my profile months ago and have contacted Health Unlocked numerous times.

How can I stop receiving this posts?

Tap this link : healthunlocked.com/email-no... and go to ‘My Communities’ and choose preference from the drop down menu. Hope it works for you.

Just seen that at the very end there is an option to ‘unsubscribe from all emails’.

Thanks 1-2-3 but I have tried all that before.

I want to keep having emails from RLS so I don't want to stop having emails. I just want to stop getting ones from PMRGCA. I've tried contacting them but they can't help. I've spoken to admin on here who say they've fixed, but they haven't, so I go back to them and they say right it's sorted.... and it isn't.

Thank you for your help.

It should be so easy!

Hi NonnieJ 😊

I know how annoying this is!

Hopefully    DorsetLady may be able to help. I remember that she enabled me to unsubscribe from another forum years ago (sorry I can’t remember how) x

ps think I may have figured it out 🤞Go to ‘My Hub’ at top of page. Click on this and you should see RLS and PMRGCA listed. Select the PMRGCA page and untick at top right of page. Here’s hoping! x

If all else fails, click on the PMRGCA post in your inbox so that the small box to the left of the post is ticked, then look for and click on the word 'Spam', which is one of the words shown across the top of the page. This will transfer the PMRGCA post, and all subsequent posts from PMRGCA to your spam folder. This is emptied every 30 days, so you won't see them unless you go into the spam folder, and they won't just sit there clogging up your email allowance.

Maybe unsubscribe to all, then resubscribe to the ones you want? Or come off the site completely and rejoin with a new name and profile? Good luck!
